Building communication skills begins with knowing how each member of the team communicates. The next step is learning how to talk to those whose communication style is different from yours. Trust is dynamic. It is either being built or destroyed. Transparency can only thrive in an environment where there is trust. No one is free to be transparent when they expect to be ignored, mocked, or punished. The skills of trust are rooted in listening and emotional intelligence (EQ), and are developed and practiced through Vetri Space leadership development.
